Written by: USaveDSL Staff - November 23, 2008 Many cable TV and telephone companies are now offering what has become known as Triple Play Bundled Service. They will package High Speed Internet, Cable TV and Digital Telephone Service all into one bundle. One provider for all three services. Why would you want to buy this sort of bundle? Well, the most obvious reason is that when you do this, you only get one bill for all three services. But, there is much more. When cable TV or telephone companies offer these bundled services, they also offer very nice price discounts. At times, the discount can almost amount to getting one service free. Does one give up service quality or features with bundled services? Not at all! Typically, the telephone service is top notch including free long distance to US numbers and often to Canadian numbers as well. In addition, the phone service will include much in demand features such as voice mail, call waiting, caller ID and many more. It is not basic telephone service at all. You do not have to purchase a triple play to get large savings. As in baseball, we also offer a double play. This can be in any combination you want. Cable TV and High Speed Internet. Cable TV and Digital Telephone. High Speed Internet and Digital Telephone. Use our easy to use online search engine to find the triple play that is right for you. If you already have High Speed Internet or Cable TV from one of our providers, use the no obligation search engine to turn your service into a double or a triple play. |
Written by: USaveDSL Staff - November 23, 2008 Think about using a broker. A broker will help you identify important facts about your new service, in addition to limiting the amount of your efforts. When you look for new services, check for extra charges like equipment and installation. In some cases these are waived and sometimes not. Carefully check to see if there is a contract commitment and if so, how long. Sometimes this will be one year and sometimes it can be two years. Often companies will offer big discounts but lock you in to a much longer contract. Be sure you don't get caught. Always know what you are getting into by going to a broker and compare several High Speed Internet Providers side-by-side. Another thing to watch out for is the introductory price. Many times High Speed Internet Providers may claim to provide service for only $20 or $25 per month. But it is likely this is an introductory price only lasting a few months. If you are agreeable to the length of the term, make sure you know how long the introductory rate lasts and what you will be paying when the introductory rate ends. A broker can help you negotiate the pathway to your new broadband Internet Service. USaveDSL provides this brokerage service at no charge to and with no obligation. |
